These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of the Discord bot, **Hatsune#5758** (ID: 974973431252680714). By utilizing this bot, you consent to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

#### Usage of the Bot

Hatsune s an automated service for Discord that provides various functions.\
You must comply with Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) when using the bot.\
You may not use the bot for illegal activities, harassment, spamming, or any other prohibited actions.

#### Changes and Limitations

The operator reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the bot at any time.\
Access to certain features may be restricted or removed without prior notice.

#### **Refund Policy**

Refunds are **typically not issued** once a Premium subscription is activated. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. You may request a refund within **48 hours** of purchase if:

* Premium features failed to activate correctly.
* The subscription was purchased for the wrong server.
* You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
* The purchase was made without your consent.
* You're not satisfied with the product.

**How to request a refund:**\
Open a Ticket in our [Support Server](https://discord.gg/hatsunebot) and include your server-id, the original payment method and a short explanation why you request a refund.\
\
**Important notes:**

* Refunds are only available within **48 hours** of purchase.
* Refunds will be **denied** if Premium features were actively used.
* We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.
* Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from all Hatsune services.
